myCRED Add-on for LearnPress

    I’ve purchased the myCRED add-on but encountered two problems:

    I would like to post questions in the forum but it asks for purchase code. There is an instruction said “Please enter your Envato Purchased Code or Download Order ID to activate your support role.” I entered the order number from a mail but it is said to be invalid.” There is another instruction said the purchase code is in my profile page but there is nothing but “| | |” there. After two days, the purchase info appears but still no sign of purchase code.

    There is no documentation for the plugin. I’ve installed and activated the plugin. Found a place myCRED > Add-ons > LearnPress to press another Activate, but don’t see any options that links myCRED to the LearnPress course or lesson or quiz. It doesn’t seem to be straight forward.

    I am really sorry about that inconvenience. Please, try to create a topic again in forum LearnPress. You do not need to fill any code if you get a product directly on ThimPress.

    After that we will discuss carefully about your issue.
