My year ran out with wordpress and I paid but it still says site not found

my year with wordpress recently came due and I was one day paying after they turned it off but I paid and it still says site not found my dashboard works but you cant view my site. I have the email conformation that they recieved my payment and it can out of my account, how can I fix this I cant talk to anyone and I don’t understand why it didn’t come back up
