    You need to increase PHP’s file upload limit.

    In your php.ini file, change the parameter to 15M (or any number greater than 12M).

    upload_max_filesize = 15M

    Restart your webserver after making that change. If you don’t have access to do that, speak to your hosting services and see if they’ll do it for you.

    Perhaps this will help.

    Thanks 🙂

    The php.ini file isn’t reachable so I will have to ask them to change.

    I did also try via .htpaccess and it didn’t work. Likewise for the wp-config.php.

    As for the program shown here by t31os_ it does really look like somethin’ but it didn’t work with the WP Export file format.

    I will work it out, now that I have a better idea on how to do it.

    Thanks you all!

    If you can get into PHPMYADMIN, export the database as an .sql extension, then use the program mentioned above..

    I’ve never used the WP backup, i always use .sql imports… not had a failure yet…

    Though i always test on a local install first to be sure.. 🙂

    See the following video for how to import a large sql file.
