My WordPress site is not working in CentOS

Hi Guys,

I created a blog for my personal work & hosted in centos. It worked fine with main home page, but when i navigate to any subpages then my widgets in sidebar is not working properly. My menu theme is not working good. Then after main dashboard which is a kernel for our wordpess site is not working properly. When i tried to edit pages, i cant see neither data not i can add data in it.So please suggest me a solution for this.
More over i have another doubt…

When i installed wamp server in my localsystem and developed my blog in wordpress. It works fine but when i share my url with someother guy who is connected through lanshare..then he cant view until & unless i install wamp server in his system & copy my blog to his localserver. why it wont works normally if i share my url link like 10.10.10.01/myblog to one of my colleague to view in his browser??

Is there any solution to work in this way??
