  • What keywords are you using on Google to search for your site? What is the main topic of your site other than NY Fitness Blog?

I am using focus keywords on each post. For example, “classpass cuts unlimited plan”; “high intensity interval training”; “relaxation in fitness”. The main topic of my site is fitness, exercise, and boutique fitness studios.

    Hi @iackerman,

I had visited your website. Taken a look at your website source code.

I can see that you had already installed a SEO plugin on your website and had already setup the necessary meta tags for search engines to index.

I can also see that you had verified ownership of your site with google.
Which could mean that you had already setup a google webmaster account.

If not, you may want to setup one and have more control over what’s being indexed on google.

For search engine such as Bing, they do have their own webmaster tools.

If you search your name on google, you can see that your website URL comes up second in the search result.

This means your website is already properly indexed by google.

What you can do now is to concentrate on producing good article, as well as gather viewership on your website by promoting through social media.

You need to have a lot of traffic in order for your website to appear in front page of search engines results when you search with relevant keywords.

    Hope these information helps.

    Thank you
