My WordPress DashBoard is slow. Any help?

Hi, so here’s the situation; my wordpress DASHBOARD, takes way too long to refresh, update pages, anything for that matter, my actual website loads in 1-2.5 seconds flat.

Alright, just going to start off and say that I get 80 megs down and 40 megs up, so it’s got nothing to do with my internet. I have 4gb RAM and a decent processor, my laptop at the moment is optimized for the the best performance, so the only processes that are running is literally Mozilla and that’s it, not even Explorer.exe, I have cleared anything that has to do with cache…

Which begs the question WHY is this happening?

PS: My laptop is functioning correctly, and is actually pretty fast right now, I can open web pages extremely quickly etc
