My wordpress blog website still features in Google Cache

Sir, I recently deleted my web blog http://asultanspeaks.wordpress.org/
However when i search for this website on Google, the cached copy still appears. Could you request Google to remove it from their cache list. I want to get rid of it as soon as possible, because it is causing me lots of serious problems.
