I enjoy your layout and unique clean style. I do have a reservation though: your CC and search section seems very out of place where it is. Perhaps bringing it into a horizontal bar above/below the logo would help?

I couldn’t replicate the 403 error, but I did reference the missing file.
And I agree about the cc, I just added it recently and couldn’t decide what to do with it.
I placed it below, as you suggested, and flattened out the search so it lays cleaner w/the rest of the layout.

well, earlier (just after your intial post) it was readable in IE 5.5, too. Now it’s totally messed up 🙁
It looks better with the CC moved, but the search box is still the most prominent item on the page (have you read about eye movements on websites yet? research shows that location is the most important on the site– do you want to tell the reader that search is the most important? if so, leave it.)
