Dear people,

my Google Reviews widget does not show my latest reviews from Google. I tried to check what the Google API returns by looking it up via this link https://maps.googleapis.com/maps/api/place/details/json?placeid=YOUR_PLACE_ID&key=YOUR_GOOGLE_API_KEY, but that request is answered with an error. Can somebody please help me?

Hi @eelkew,

Sorry, I need to close this issue, because it’s a duplicate of this one https://wordpress.org/support/topic/google-error-undefined/

Please see that topic, you need to add a physical address for your virtual(area) Google place to get the reviews, because Google has changed the Places API and at the moment it doesn’t return the reviews for area/virtual locations.
