That is helpful to know what the ftp is. But I still do not have my ftp login info to get into all my files through FileZilla
You need to get your FTP information from the webhost. Most likely it is the same username and password used to log into its cPanel or whatever administration page it uses. It’s also possible you need to create a FTP account in its administration page.
Also, the webhost’s administration page should have it own File Manager type application you can use to transfer files.
