  • re-upload your wp-config.php file

thanks, but how do i do that?

tried that and it didtn work

I tried your domain in a browser and it appears to load the ISP’s default page. You know when you are browsing a Web site, and suddenly you get an error page saying the page doesn’t exist? That’s called a 404 Error (Page Not Found). What your domain does is a 403 Error (Forbidden) meaning the site isn’t configured for web browsing at all. This is a bigger issue than a particular theme.

It would be really helpful if you include specific details about what you can do versus what you can’t do (can you ftp? can you see the directories in a cPanel, stuff like that). Good luck.

I can do pretty much everything on the web hosting its set too.
I can edit files, edit databases ect.
But i cant do anything that is directly linked to the website i.e access the wordpress dashboard or login.

I did try removing wordpress and then putting a new copy on and tried removing the database and fresh install of wordpress with a new database with no luck.

    oh and thankyou.

hopefully you can help me get to the bottom of this, as its happened a few times in the last few days

    Have you tried using ftp
    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
    – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.
    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    Hi

the only problem is i dont know how to uninstall plugins manually.
Is there anyway to reset everything?

    Thanks

Basically i need to restart everything again as i deleted my old database in an effort to reset everything.

So my sql database is gone now.

do you know how i could do this?

Nothing will load without a database.

it seems i have a redirect which is remaining, but there is no way to remove the redirect. not too sure how i can remove it?

    You still have a database.

Sign into your hosted account and using what ever file manager they have change the name of the plugins folder to xplugins. That will stop any plugins from loading. See if that gets you back in.

okay so i added a database, but it still is not loading, sorry to be such a pain. I also renamed the plugin file to xplugin still not loading.
    🙁

I wish there was some sort of master reset
