    Hi there,

I have a site called weeplanet.co.uk. I’ve never had any problems before, but now the webpage doesn’t even load or start up. I logged into my WP account, and it says that my website cannot be accessed.

I’m really concerned that I’ve lost all of my content. Does anyone have any suggestions? I’m not great at this type of thing, but there is no way I can access it.

    Many thanks in advance 🙂
    Di

  • Hello,

It is problem with your DNS/domain/hosting. Check or contact your domain registrar who hold your domain/DNS records, eventually hosting provider.

Your website can be completely ok, just something wrong with DNS records of your domain, so browser can not resolve and point right direction to your hosting (files where whole your website is stored)
