You have a missing file that is slowing down things. Also, your web server is responding slowly. I am not sure the reason for that. It could be a bad script or plugin you are using or your server could be overloaded. It could also be a temporary thing. Keep an eye on it and if the slowness continues, then reply back.

hi I did the above link but not sure what to do after I check it?

do you know where or how i figure out which file is missing and how to add it back in?

You will have to copy and paste the link into your browser (the entire thing) as the system that does the hyperlinks breaks at the ! exclamation point.

In the evening now it is more toward peak internet traffic time. Your load speed is pretty poor. I don’t know if you are using plugins, even if you are your load speed is pretty poor. Hover over a file like the main index file and look at the “wait time”, which is the time it takes for the server to generate the content and get ready to return it. Then your “receive” time is poor as well which may indicate that the server’s bandwidth is being maxed out, which would not be surprising with an “unlimited” host. But, it could be a temporary problem, too, so if it does not go away by tomorrow, you might want to look at other hosting options.

As for the missing file, look for the file with the exclamation point in the triangle in the test output. The missing file is

would an update of woocommerce put the missing files back in ?

    Thread Starter strathroyantiquemall

any suggestions on how to fix it up?

Find the missing file. Maybe you can find it in the Woocommerce files they give you. Otherwise, take it up with them. File is missing. I can’t help any more than that.

Does anyone know why my categoreies are showing on my site to the left ? and how i can get rid of them? and does anyone else have any advice on how to put back missing files? i tried deleting and reinstalling woocommerce but the file is still missing?i thought the file was from woocommerce

Hi. Your server’s performance is terrible. Very slow loads now, which is about peak internet traffic time.

Your categories are not showing up on the left, not as of this moment. You may have made some changes. In your admin area you can deactivate sidebar widgets if you don’t want them (or you can hide them with CSS if you need to).

As for the Woocommerce file, why don’t you just find a copy of jquery.cookie.min.js and stick it in the appropriate folder or you can ask why the file is missing on the Woocommerce site.
