I’m sorry this is happening to you. * First, thank you *so* much for providing a site link. You have absolutely no idea how helpful that is in terms of trying to troubleshoot problems like yours. * Would you please try renaming your theme, either using FTP (preferably secure FTP) or your hosting provider’s file manager? You can just put a 1 or a .old on the end of the theme folder name, i.e., mytheme1 or mytheme.old. You will not be able to access the actual site, but let’s see if you can log into the dashboard & change the theme to another 1, preferably a default theme like 2016. First, might I suggest you start your own topic. This is a resolved topic, & it’s therefore unlikely to be seen. The only reason I did was because I forgot to unsubscribe from it. * 2nd, I would say this is not a WordPress problem if you’re having trouble w/ftp as well. I was actually able to view your site’s homepage, but no other pages. My first thought is that you discuss this w/your hosting provider. My 2nd thought is that you might wish to try renaming your plugins folder by putting a 1 or a .old at the end, like plugins1 or plugins.old. Very likely you can do this via your hosting control panel.
