My website is infected with a malware virus (5 posts)

My website QueensLatino.com was infected with a virus last December. We went off for two weeks and came back with a new design on WordPress 3.3.1. However, we still has remains of the malware. Some times Google blocks visitors and people using Explorer or Chrome can't access our website using a PC. We use Mac for uploads without problems. And visitors using Mac don't have problems accessing QueensLatino.com.
We need to get rid of that virus forever and finish the redesign installing a store and a few other elements.

Can someone help us? Our webmaster has tried unsuccessfully. We don't know how to get rid of the virus and finish the re-design. Please advice.

Sorry there is no easy solution, and without knowing what you did previously this is the best reply I can give at the moment.

    Check your site(s) here:

    5. Google Safe Browsing (to access a site's google info, add their domain to the end of this):

Backup everything and put that backup somewhere safe. This is in case you have problems later on. Even though you could be backing up infected files, it is more important to have a backup up of your work, for if you make a mistake cleaning your site, you will still have the backup(s).

One other question. What browser are the Mac users using?
