  • So the website is a co-edit site. people can update post in the blog.
I am not sure the crashing is because of people’s misoperation or theme update. Now I can’t even go to the admin site to check the crashing reasons. All related pages are just blank without any feedback or response. Could anyone let me know what is happening and what I can do to fix the problem? Thank you!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

If you have access to your server error log, generate the error again, note the date and time, then immediately check your server error log for any errors that occurred during that time period. If you don’t have access to your server error log, ask your hosting provider to look for you.

Have you tried checking the error log? The error log file can be in different places depending on your web hosting company. Look for a file named something like “error_log” in your main website folder or perhaps in a “logs” folder. You may need to turn WP_DEBUG on. See debugging in WordPress for more information
