  • my website
is not accessible anymore, after I had some problems with changing the home page with elementor. Strange thing was: other websites did work… The I updated some of the plugins and since then nothing works anymore.

Below is the warning and the “fatal error” message. I am a beginner – can anybody help?

  • First try to rename /buddypress/ folder using some FTP program to access your hosting, and check to see whether you’ll get dashboard back, but since you had problems even before that, the best would be to restore your website using current backup, if you have one?

Sign into your hosted account. Using the file manager provided by your host rename wp-content/plugins/buddypress to wp-content/plugins/buddypress-old.

Thank you very much, does make sense to me, I tried to change but it somehow didn’t work yet. The support line of the host is not accessbible right now because of public holiday…
