• My Website is http://klikkit.co.uk, it’s a little all over the place at the moment.

I’m thinking of just creating a personal graphic design website for my web design/graphic design work as I progress my native HTML/CSS skills and just leaving Klikkit as a site for my Network Support clients.

Not too sure on how either site should look, there’s a lot of work to be done, my SEO skills are next to 0 as well so I’ve got a long process ahead of me.

What do you think of the site?

    What needs to be improved?

I know most of the pages have really minimal content, but I’m struggling to think of filler content.

  • Hello,

I didn’t go click crazy on your site, I just scanned it. Wow! It looks great! Nice job.

    Looks great. A few suggestions:

    1. Consider changing the drop down menu. It’s confusing. Just lead your visitors straight to the menu page.

    2. Replace the 2nd logo in the center with a big headline like “Make Your Website Look Stunning” or something like that. Gotta check people’s attention.

Everything else looks fantastic. Good work!

I like it but… putting the Google location map at the top and as large as it is in my opinion is a mistake. Sure people want to know where you are, but it jumps out too much as the first thing seen on your page. I would drop it down to the footer at lease near the bottom of the page. Same with the HTML CSS logos. Put Responsive designs at the top followed by feature pack and reduce the white space. You’re one of the rare designers that has too much instead of too little white space. I would also darken the background a few shades, it’s ok now, but a bit washed out. Needs a bit more pop. Consider making a dark blue, maybe a gradient or a bit more gray at least.
