• I’ve uploaded a plugin a few months back, and it still isn’t showing up properly. Everything went right, I was approved, I have uploaded it like it should, all of the files are in their right folders, my readme was compatible, but it just won’t show? Can someone see what this is about??

    Plugin: MK-to-Lat

I’m beginning to think that this wordpress community cares for no one else except themselves. Two forum posts asking for simple help and no replies at all.

Come on guys, I’m sure this can be fixed?? How should I contact wordpress staff about this issue??

My god, I can’t believe still no one replied about this. Who are the staff of WordPress, are they illuminati or something that no one knows how to reach them??

My first uploaded plugin and no one’s here to help. Thank you very much for your support, pretty inspiring in making other plugins, I’m wondering how so much people are still committed to that.

Just in case someone got me wrong here, I’m not talking about a plugin uploaded to my wordpress installation, but to the wordpress.org website as a developer.

No offense, but I think it is your own fault. I think the answer is out there somewhere, just have to find hard enough.

Your readme.txt states “Stable tag: 1.0” and there is no “1.0” folder in your “tags” folder, just 2 screenshots.

    Read it here, http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/about/readme.txt

Excuse me for my fault, but I’ve never used this way of uploading, and so I’ve simply used the template readme.txt provided, and I don’t know how everybody else manages to upload their content, but for me it was quite a pain until I figured it out how to do it, and in the end it appears I was wrong.

So in this case, I should upload the contents for the plugin in the 1.0 folder right? If thats so, where should I upload the screenshots?

    Thanks for your reply

No worries, just create a “1.0” folder inside your “tags” and then place your php file, readme.txt and 2 of your screenshots there.
