My thumbnails look blurry.

    I created many galleries and I love this plug-in. But for some reason, all the thumbnails (you can click on any category under “Our Work”) look blurry. The pictures when you click on them look fine though. When I click on ‘image size’, thumbnail is 150 x 150 and is the only one that resizes the image. If I try to click on medium or medium large, it doesn’t crop the image properly into a 300×300 thumbnail for some reason.

    Hi nexthitwins,

    We are very happy to hear from you that you love our plugin. We have visited your website page, and we see that you have selected thumbnail size under ‘Image size’ option. You can select full size option(last one) to load same image which shows on popup.

    When I switch to full size option, they are different sizes. I would like them all to look the same size for the gallery.

    We could see you have high quality images. To fix the different sizes issue, you just have to crop the original images to same size in a image editing program for ex. 500×500 or more. Then upload and use the cropped images.
