# my theme doesn't run plugins !!!!

    I have created some basic theme using ( index.php, header.php, footer.php,
   style.css ) but the problem that my theme doesn’t run plugins !! what i’m missing
   to make my theme be able to use plugins?? there is some nice slider plugin that
   i’m planning to use but i can’t right now any help with that?? thank you
