My theme changed and I cant get back in to edit

I logged on to my website and noticed my theme has changed. I don’t think I did this but in any case I cant scroll to the bottom of the site and log in to change it back There used to be a login on the bottom of the page but it is no longer there in the new theme. I need to log in to change the theme back. I tried logging in from word press but it doesn’t take me back to my website for editing.
