    If you check the following template you'll see the logo don't have a link (unlike most templates in wordpress), something that I want to change for the website i'm building.

    This is the original code

    <div id="logo" class="grid_4 alpha">
    <h1><a href="<?php bloginfo('url'); ?>" title="<?php bloginfo('name'); ?>"><?php bloginfo('name'); ?></a></h1>

    I tried to change it to

    <h1><a href="<?php bloginfo('url'); ?><img src="http://lh4.googleusercontent.com/-4pDmG9SOguA/T7hdc_4IC0I/AAAAAAAABFw/Bx91ahi2_jY/logo-vca.png" /></a></h1>

    with no success. I'm not a PHP expert so a little help would be highly appreciated.

    As that's a commercial theme, you should look to WooThemes for support -- it's part of what you paid for.

    if this is the code you used, then it might be just a syntax error (missing the " at the end of the link url and the closing > of the first part of the html link tag);

    <h1><a href="<?php bloginfo('url'); ?>"><img src="http://lh4.googleusercontent.com/-4pDmG9SOguA/T7hdc_4IC0I/AAAAAAAABFw/Bx91ahi2_jY/logo-vca.png" /></a></h1>
