My team slider no longer shows up

    Hi there,

    I have issues where my team slider no longer shows up. It used to show up perfectly. Not sure what the problem may be – could you please help?

    The team slider should appear under “Meet Our Team” on the home page. I have this code in the widget there:

    [wp-team-slider design=”design-3″ slides_column=”4″ dots=”false” autoplay=”false”]

    Could you please let me know what may have gone wrong?

    Edit: I checked and it seems the grid still works so it is just the slider that’s problematic. I have changed the code to this for now:

    [wp-team grid=”4″ design=”design-3″]

    Please help fix the slider. Thank you so much.

    Thanks for your reply.

    Please check the console log and solve your theme js error.

    Please do not copy and paste the shortcode directly. Type manually because sometimes double quotes(“) create a problem.

    Hi Ketan,

    I’m not sure what you mean by solving my theme js error, could you help provide more instructions? I used just a paid theme and did not make any changes to it.

    The shortcode was typed and used to work perfectly. It was not copied and pasted. I’m not sure when it stopped working, I would guess the upgrade to WordPress 5.5 as that would have been the biggest change I made to the site recently.

    We are using jQuery(document).ready(function($) method in our plugin as a result if there is any error in your theme js OR js error in any third party plugin (js loading before our plugin) will create this type of issue.

    Let us update our plugin with ( function( $ ) and it will take 2 working hrs to update our plugin.

    Hi Anoop,

    Thank you for that. Yes please are you able to update your plugin so the js error doesn’t occur anymore? I really do like this plugin and I don’t know how to fix an error in theme because it is not my theme.

    When do you think you will be able to update the plugin for us? Thank you so very much.
