    I’ve seen other users have the Fatal Error when trying to access the My Subscriptions page. I get the following error:

    Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined method WCS_Early_Renewal_Manager::is_early_renewal_via_modal_enabled() in /home/depechecode1/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-gateway-stripe/includes/class-wc-gateway-stripe.php:382 Stack trace: #0 /home/depechecode1/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(288): WC_Gateway_Stripe->payment_scripts(”) #1 /home/depechecode1/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(312): WP_Hook->apply_filters(NULL, Array) #2 /home/depechecode1/public_html/wp-includes/plugin.php(478): WP_Hook->do_action(Array) #3 /home/depechecode1/public_html/wp-includes/script-loader.php(2670): do_action(‘wp_enqueue_scri…’) #4 /home/depechecode1/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(288): wp_enqueue_scripts(”) #5 /home/depechecode1/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(312): WP_Hook->apply_filters(NULL, Array) #6 /home/depechecode1/public_html/wp-includes/plugin.php(478): WP_Hook->do_action(Array) #7 /home/depechecode1/public_html/wp-includes/general-template.php(2879): do_action(‘wp_he in /home/depechecode1/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-gateway-stripe/includes/class-wc-gateway-stripe.php on line 382

    So. Where can I download 4.3.1 OR when is the patch going to be released. This is somewhat affecting our business in a negative way.

    Hi @warrenindllc

    I see that you are trying to access your subscriptions page via the My-accounts page and getting the above fatal error.

    I am not seeing your system status so I can say that I’ve seen this error for customers who haven’t updated to latest version of Subscriptions. I would recommend to be on the latest versions of WooCommerce/stripe/subscriptions after testing on a staging site and taking regular backups ofcourse.

    If the error persists then, I think it might be best if you could submit a ticket to us here:

    This will allow us to get more information about your site that you might not wish to share on a public forum. Specifically, Please include the status report from WooCommerce >> status >> Copy for support as that will allow us to understand your setup and check for issues.
