We can confirm that your Yoast-generated XML sitemap is loading fine at https://apprada.vn/sitemap_index.xml. We are not sure why Google is having an issue fetching and crawling the sitemap.
We suggest contacting Google for more information as Yoast is outputting it correctly. Indeed, it is odd that Google is having issues crawling the sitemaps. You may contact Google by making a post on their forums: https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!forum/webmasters.

I’ve tried to ask in Google forum but still not receive any reply.
For me I’m sure that all work okay but didn’t know why.
I’m checking host provider for network issues if any.

It may take a few days or more to see any changes in the Google Search Console. You can also try removing and then resubmitting your sitemap.
