Many times a website’s email is not configured, or is not working, the email password reset does not work in these situations.
There are other ways of breaking in and enabling your login.

You need to login to your website administration (probably cPanel)
Take a backup of your database.

You need to establish how your site was hacked. Locking out the access method is essential.
