my site suspended due to spam mail are generating from the domain

    Upon checking we could see that the spam mail are generating from the domain “masalablog.com” .As your website is hosted under shared server we have to suspend your account for immediate effect.

    So, kindly co operate with us to provide you better service and we require the below need to be done from your end. We do not allow any type of spamming or spoofing or bulk or account compromised mail in Shared server. Due to spamming IPs are getting blacklisted. It will effect other customers also.

    Based on what you’ve provided, I’m 99% sure that’s not coming from WordPress. It’s likely there’s an exploited file elsewhere, so the steps at https://codex.wordpress.org/FAQ_My_site_was_hacked *may* help, but I also recommend asking your hosting provider for more details and also asking on their community support forums (if available).
