The plugin does not seem to work on my website, most of the functions are not showing.
The theme I use on my site is Anima +.

This problem should be related to your theme.
Please read this topic https://wordpress.org/support/topic/plugin-not-working-777/.
In the latest version the change in this topic is included but you should try to increase the value to 999999 to see if it work.

It changed to 999999, but it is the same display

Please look up for hook woocommerce_product_review_comment_form_args in file functions.php of your theme.
