I think you need to work your way through the links posted above.

If you cannot manage this yourself, perhaps you need to consider hiring someone to carry out the work for you?

Then there is only a limited amount of help that we can offer here. You need to use FTP (or whatever file management application your host provides) to locate your site’s .htaccess file. Just ensure that whatever FTP application you use, it is configured to display all files as .htaccess files are often hidden by default.
