my site looks weird on mobile devices

my website is voterequests.com, each time I go to it on my iphone or some other mobile device it looks weird the pages look stretched out. I have downloaded various plugins to help my site be mobile ready but none of them work.

is it maybe because the pages are to big or something with the resolution any advice would be appreciated thanks.
