my site is unavailable after Bad Behavior plugin update

    After updating all plugins, my site is unavailable (admin, non-admin…everything) with the message:

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_CONSTANT_ENCAPSED_STRING, expecting ‘)’ in /nfs/c09/h04/mnt/140523/domains/criticalthought.com/html/wp-content/plugins/bad-behavior/bad-behavior/blacklist.inc.php on line 95

    Yes, Bad Behavior was one of the updated plugins.

    Yes, I’ve cleared the cache and cookies.

    I am not a coder or DB person and have no idea what to do. This is urgent – my WP site (criticalthought.com) is the hub of my professional life.

    FTP into your site (or use whatever file management application your host provides) & delete the wp-content/plugins/bad-behavior folder.
