    Yes, Bad Behavior was one of the updated plugins.

    Yes, I’ve cleared the cache and cookies.

    I am not a coder or DB person and have no idea what to do. This is urgent – my WP site (criticalthought.com) is the hub of my professional life.

  • FTP into your site (or use whatever file management application your host provides) & delete the wp-content/plugins/bad-behavior folder.
