No idea why. This plugin does not add or modify any database entries, but does only one thing. It directs all url requests for logged-in-users to https version – that’s it.
I guess there is something wrong with your SSL setup or something related, and probably the same thing will occur just by trying access a page by https.
If you can’t resolve the problem, just FTP to /plugins/ directory and delete the plugin.

@vtrs how did you go with it, was the issue resolved?
I see you have had problems with many plugins here, and give very little relevant feedback to assist the developers and community.
