my site doesn’t load after i fix the “changed my site url and blog url”

Earlier……..

hi,
i have changed my site url and blog url
now i can’t log into wp-admin

i have tried this,
http://technicalessentials.blogspot.com/2009/04/reset-wordpress-site-and-home-url.html

and this
http://www.bleuken.com/2008/07/30/php-script-reset-wordpress-url/

but no result..

then i tried this
http://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_The_Site_URL
( i tried the first three options and the third one worked)

but now i can’t load my site
gives the error
