My Site and Dashboard are not loading and are down | WordPress.org

I received an email from Jetpack that my site is down and unresponsive. I tried to check it but both my WordPress dashboard and site are not loading, so I’m unable to even enter my dashboard to see what’s wrong. Please help! Thank you!

Many people have posted in this support section for a plugin called “Live Chat”. This is a plugin for WordPress and not WordPress support itself. For general WordPress support support, post here: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/
