My sidebar is stuffed at the bottom of my page

This has been a challenge and I have another thread started but no answer to it… I updated as instructed in my dashboard and ever since my Sidebar which included my Welcome message is stuffed at the bottom of my page. This Sidebar is only to be viewable on the BLOG part of my site. But it is throughout at the bottom. Along with my word wrap looks a bit off. I am looking for a resource book that will cover this, no luck thus far. I would appreciate some code help on this and a referral for a resource to learn this CSS layout.

I even went to my dashboard and to Appearances/Themes/ but all that is there is a blank page to create a new one. I did. And it too was at the bottom of the page. So I deleted it as well. ???

Thanks in advance for any and all help
    My Site is http://www.Netcommercial.net btw…
