  • Your theme parent seems to be version 1.4.1 but the latest is 1.5 so consider updating. Take a backup first.

yup dated it to the latest but still the same though.

Sorry have to work through the obvious ones first. Did you find the Shop page in the list of pages and check its title.

oh actually I am sorry I meant for product pages and at the it’s say shop (not available)
    try here

P.S. yes there’s a shop page and the title is just shop page.

The product pages and the shop page are all the same page that displays differently depending on the url.

The next thing you could try is to deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce. If the problem resolves, reactivate plugins one-by-one to identify which one of your other plugins is causing this.

I just deactivated all except leaving the woocommerce being active but still the same. Problem isn’t solved 🙁

OK, the next step is to deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce and switch to one of the default themes. If the problem resolves it indicates that your theme is doing this.

hum…i just did try with all 4 defaults
    2012,2013,2014,2015

none of them even shows the title shop at all the title just doesn’t show anywhere.
the whole title is gone so even more lost now >.<”

Well the positive is that we have now deduced that the element of your setup that is producing the product page title is most likely to be your theme.

It looks like you are using a commercial theme and unfortunately this forum does not support commercial products:
    http://codex.wordpress.org/Forum_Welcome#Commercial_Products

So you will need to seek support from the vendor. Commercial themes usually include support in the price, and the vendor’s techs will know their theme best.

If that approach is unsuccessful, consider hiding the offending title with this custom css:

    .woocommerce .pageTitle {display:none}

Check for adverse effects on other pages.

    lorro thanks 😀
I will hide it now and ask the theme support…
by the way, do you know anything about a post about shop end points for woocommerce? Able to give me a hand?
