 * Yes we can achieve this by developing some custom CSS code.
 * To achieve this could you please share me the page URL from your site where you
   are displaying it and also share me the image URLs which you want to display 
   on place of it?

 * You can add them from the theme options on the following path.
 * Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Options -> Social
