My Printful store is unable to connect to my WooCommerce store: errors

I’m trying to add a product to my printful store which is connected to Woocommerce on my wordpress site.

I have done this multiple times with other sites, even using the same web host. but for some reason, this time it doesn’t work. I even purchased a new domain and attempted to install/create a new site and store, but the connection is still unsuccessful.

I’ve been researching these forums, other forums, chatting with printful support and my web host support for the past 3 days trying to figure this out.

When i visit https://actionautowerks.com/wc-auth/v1/authorize (url + /wc-auth/v1/authorize ) i get an error message that says Error: Missing parameter app_name. and the top of the page says “Access denied”. is this normal?

Here is the error I get from the Printful website when i try to add a product:

Product was not added!
500 Internal Server Error occurred! Please check your server logs for a detailed issue description.

Here is the status report from the Printful Integration wordpress plugin:

Hi there.

According to this thread this could be related to cache and/or server configuration.

I noticed you are using some cache plugins. Can you please try to purge all caches and try again or maybe disable the caches?

Have you tried other hosts? Sometimes hosts can setup machines that differ in configurations from one another. So one site working in a host does not necessarily mean another site will work on a new machine in that host(really rare to happen but I’ve seen it happen a few times when migrating sites to a newer server in the same host).

Also make sure your permalinks are correctly configured as they also change how query strings are handled. Please go to **Settings > Permalinks** and change to plain save and then to post name again(or any other you are using)

Does your site generate any log in **WP Admin → WooCommerce → Status → Logs** after trying to add a product via the Printful platform?

hello,

i tried so many different solutions online and couldn’t find much.

it may just be an issue of transferring too much data at once… the product i was trying to add to my printful store had many different colors and variations. i decided to try just the same t-shirt but with no color variations and it worked.

luckily the merchandise we need is very basic and only one color is necessary.

hope this helps someone else with the same issue.
