    Hi,

    There are these two plugins which are not working in the mobile view when I translate the site to the Arabic version. In desktop view, the English version of the plugins is fine. But when it comes to the Arabic version, the plugins are not Working. Like I cannot navigate or slide the plugins.

    The names of the plugins are “Process steps template designer” and “product slider”(woo commerce).

    Please help me with it. Thanks!

    Hello,

    You might have a bug or conflict with your current theme / plugins.

    Can you please visit TranslatePress -> Settings -> Advanced

    Then, enable these features 1 by 1 in this order and try to see if it makes a difference. Also please disable or clear the cache if you have any.

    1. Fix missing dynamic content
    2. Disable dynamic translation
    3. Fix spaces between HTML attributes
    4. Fix broken HTML

    If this doesn’t make a difference, you could try running a conflict test:

    *Briefly* disable all other plugins and enable the default Twenty Nineteen theme. If this fixes the problem, as it probably will, enable everything one by one, checking each time to see when the problem returns.

    Please let us know when you find the conflict so that we can take a look and see what we can do about it.

    With the best regards,

    I tried enabling the above features as you told. But then the site looks completely broken.

    Other than the conflict test, is there any other way to solve this issue?

    Hello,

    A conflict test would be useful, so we can establish if there is another plugin/theme’s code interfering with TranslatePress and making your site not working properly.

    You could also try the following:

    * see if you have any javascript errors in the browser console https://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Your_Browser_to_Diagnose_JavaScript_Errors . A printscreen could help.
    * if you have any security or minification plugins please deactivate them and try again. Some caching plugins also have minification settings that can break javascript code, so for testing purposes please disable any caching as well.
    * try and open the website in a different browser just to exclude a browser add-on that might interfere with javascript.

    Let me know how this goes.

    Best regards,

    Hi,

    I tried working on all of the above methods. Not working. I will try the conflict test and let you know what happens!

    Hi. I tried the conflict test. So “process steps template designer” and also “product slider”(woo commerce) plugin is not going with “Translatespress”. Other than this, there is no other issue. The problem is it is completely fine in the English version of the website. So when I install translate press, then both the plugins are not working. So the problem is with Translatepress plugin. Please suggest me what I can do now!

    Thanks and Regards,

    Hi again,

    I have replicated your issue.

    The plugins that you are using seem to not support RTL.

    Hello,

    You can do this usign a bit of coding. Go to Appearance –> Customize –> Additional CSS and add this code with your specific code language:

    @import url(‘https://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Padauk&display=swap’);
    body.translatepress-ar_AR{ font-family:Padauk; }

    Change with your desired font.

    Best regards,
