My plugin is not working at all

First, I cannot see any link to the plugin at all under “Settings.” Then I just went to the URL for the site map and found an error message that says the app didn’t get past line 11 – but it actually looks like there is only half a line in the file.

I’m using Genesis v. 2.1.2 and the Genesis Child Sample theme if that makes any difference.

I installed 4.07
