My plugin doesn't show in my profile page (9 posts)

I don't know if I am in the right forum. Do tell me where should I post this thread if I am in wrong place to ask this question.

Anyway, I have created 3 plugins in wordpress, and all of them are already published on the repository, the problem is I can't see those plugins displayed in my profile page. I used to see them display them.

    Any ideal why?

  2. Hey.

Can you confirm that the following are your three plugins:

I'll just check with someone regarding your problem...

    Yes, those are my plugin.
    There is another one:

and I have been told that http://wordpress.org/support/plugin/wp-query-search-filter/ already removed from the repository.

  4. A change was recently made (by me) to have it only show plugins on profile pages that the user is actually listed as a contributor for. This change is to prevent plugins from continuing to show up on users when the plugin changes hands to a new author.

In your plugins, you have the Contributors line in the readme.txt as "TC.K". This is incorrect, the contributors should be your username that you use to login here on WordPress.org. In your case, that would be "WP_Dummy".

When you use the proper username there, then your profile and gravatar and such will automatically be pulled correctly for the "Contributors" section on the plugin's listing screen, and the plugins will then show up in your profile.

All listed contributors to a plugin will get the plugin listed on their profile pages. But the listing is dependent on having the correct information in the readme.txt.

    I see, what a shame.
That was the username that i used years ago when i starting using wp.

If I using WP_Dummy again in my plugin, it sounds not so convincing. Not quite good for branding, isn't it?

Never mind, I just stick with my current name.

  6. The readme.txt is read by our systems, not necessarily by users. If you have the wrong information in the readme, then it isn't going to work properly.

If you want to register a new account and transfer your plugins to that account, you're welcome to do that, but realistically, you need to correct your readme.txt file to have the correct information in it as defined by our standards.

    Hi Otto,
I made the change as you specified above. One plugin shows, others do not. (A couple still have wrong contributor line but I changed a couple to match the one that appears (game locations with my WP login name as the contributor). I changed both the trunk and the latest tag in the ones I changed. What am I missing?
