If the Z icon doesn’t appear it means that there’s an issue in your specific environment.
Did you try to fix the problem by reading tips #6 or #9 in our blog post?

Just as a reminder, you may want to ask for help when you face a problem, instead of rating the plugin with 1 star, which may be inappropriate and unfair.

I figured out what the problem was. There was a conflict with another plug in Page Builder by SiteOrigin. Once I removed that plug in Zedity seems to work fine.
