    v 2.1.2
    Here is the Theme I'm using.

    Here is my site.

    The theme allows me to put in a jpg in the CSS for the header. I did so, just while I wait for the header a friend is making me. He sent me a first version of my new header in PDF and I tried to load it (upload to images folder, drop in CSS style sheet) and it didn't appear.

    Here's the code I put in:

    #header {height: 118px; padding: 83px 0px 0px 25px;background: url(images/header_graphic_red.pdf) bottom center no-repeat;

    Within those parenthesis - that's me.

    Any idea why?

    (I put this post in 'troubleshooting,' but it insisted on installation!)

    you cannot use a .pdf file in the way your trying..

    .pdf stands for "Portable Document Format" -- is not an image -- as is typically opened with Adobe Reader.
