You’ll first want to check if you’ve enabled these payment methods by going to WooCommerce → Settings → Payments.

Could you try checking if the enabled payment methods are shown when you deactivate ALL other plugins except WooCommerce and switch to a default WordPress theme like StoreFront.
**Before deactivating plugins and switching themes, please be sure to create a site backup**
If the payment methods are shown after doing the above, you’ll know that the issue was being caused by your theme or one of your plugins. Reactivate them one by one while checking if the issue recurs with each activation to find the cause of the issue.
