Please kindly be informed that this case is not a bug or restriction of the plugin and could be due to multiple factors, which should be checked from the wp dashboard area. For example, incorrect pages are set under the LMS settings > LMS pages section, and due to the incorrect permalinks as well. So, I recommend you make sure that you set LMS pages properly by following this manual > [link]. After that, Try to resave your site permalinks under the WordPress dashboard -> settings -> permalinks section (to post name) [screenshot] and save the changes [screenshot]. After these, I recommend you try to re-check once again by temporarily deactivating all of your extra third-party and caching plugins as well (because in most cases, when an issue doesn’t come on incognito mode, it means that the site includes caching).
