My page changes aren't appearing on my site

If I am not logged in my page is not updated. I added a stripe background and have some child pages on the menu, but they don’t show up on my live page. I did save my changes on each page. I also should have a RSS link up on the menu bar too.

They will show up when I am logged in and go to view page and then I have to refresh the page that comes up (it first appears with the purple background).
