    I’m always cautious of an agency that offers web-design services while using an off-the-shelf WordPress theme.

    Likewise, Andrew. They usually bait clients, give them WordPress themes they’ve bought, and try to market them as their very own. I’ve worked with a company that did that for a short period of time – It was a terrible experience.
