My menu displays wierd

    I upgraded WP to 3.8 and then this error message showed on the page:

    blockUI requires jquery v1.2.3 or later you are using v1.10.2

    To get rid of the error i upgraded all plugins but it didn’t help.

    After that I deactivated plugins and then the menu got all wierd:
