My menu bar isn't working

I have the sorbet theme and I’ve read several posts related to this but I’m still not sure how to fix this. I’m not sure when this happened but I just noticed it this afternoon that when I click on the menu icons nothing happens. I’ve tried Firefox and Chrome and a friend in a different location has tried IE. I’ve cleared everything I can think of and I’m just not sure how to fix this. I’m very new to this and am not sure about code or anything close to it. Any advice on what I can do?
